You may request a cancellation of your order provided your order is not a Special Ordered Item or has not already been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed you cannot cancel your order, but you may return items based on our Return Policy which requires you to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Acquisition), and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account usually within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders can not be cancelled once they are in the shipping process or have left the warehouse. Refused orders will charged all shipping fees plus the minimum restocking fee - to be determined by a percentage of the purchase price.
Due to the nature of Special Order items, they may not be canceled once the manufacture has received the order. ComTec.ca will not accept any returned Special Order items unless the items are found to be defective, and only once the return is authorized through the RMA process, these items will then be replaced with the same product.
ComTec.ca reserves the right to cancel any order if the product has been discontinued, is no longer available from our network of suppliers or if the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
