Canadian Orders:

Orders involving Back-Ordered or Special Order items will be shipped as soon as stock is available,
ComTec has no control over Manufacturer fulfillment dates.
In Canada we ship by UPS, Purolator, FedEx.
ComTec reserves the right to substitute the customer's courier of choice providing there is no negative impact to delivery time or cost to customer.
Tracking numbers are available at customers request.

via Canada Post or customer accounts to destinations in Canada. We have no control over tracking.

Orders paid by Credit Card
will be shipped to the address indicated as the Billing Address for your Credit Card
as registered with your Bank. This is verified during the payment process. 3
party shipping is allowed by special arrangement only.
Saskatchewan and Manitoba:
Orders to Saskatchewan and Manitoba
may not ship at the estimated Freight amount.
If the product is not a stocked item and is shipped direct from one of our
suppliers, additional fees incurred by us may be applied
to the order as freight. You will be notified of this when the order is
processed by our staff prior to shipping.

International Orders:
ComTec will NO LONGER accept payment from or ship products outside of continental North America. IP addresses are recorded with all orders, any order originating outside of Continental North America will be rejected.
USA Orders:

Backorders
ALL
"In Stock" orders are charged to your card when you go through the checkout process.
Backordered items will not be charged to your card until the product ships.
Backorders are subject to manufacturers Estimated
Time of Arrival (ETA). ComTec is not responsible for manufacturers not
meeting their product shipping ETA.
Orders
can not be cancelled once they are in the shipping process or have left the
warehouse. Refused orders will charged the shipping
fee plus the minimum restocking fee - to be determined by a percentage
of the purchase price.
Special
Orders
Special Orders are charged to your card when when you go through
the checkout process. ComTec is not responsible for manufacturers not
meeting their product shipping ETA.
Due
to the nature of Special Order items, they may not be canceled once the
manufacture has received the order. ComTec will not accept any returned
Special Order items unless the items are found to be defective, and only once
the return is authorized through the RMA process, these items will then be replaced
with the same product.
ComTec reserves the right to cancel any order if the product
has been discontinued, is no longer available from our network of suppliers or if the
transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
